Gooey Butter Cookie



These buttery cookies with cream cheese and white chocolate have an irresistible gooey texture and rich flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the egg, melted butter, and yellow cake mix in a bowl and mix them together

Mix everything together well

Press the cake mix mixture into the bottom of the baking sheet that has been set up to make the base of the cookie

If the cream cheese is soft, beat it in a different bowl until it is smooth

It will be smoother if you add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix them together

Spread the cream cheese mix on top of the layer of cake mix in the baking dish

Spread out the white chocolate chips on top of the cream cheese layer

After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

It's perfect for these cookies that the middle will still be a little gooey

Before taking the cookie off the baking sheet, let it cool all the way down

Cut the cookie into squares or bars after it has cooled down

Serve and have fun!
